A.Yes,you can get a free sample.you just afford the shipping cost.

2.How long warranty period you provide for your products?
A.Usually we provide 1 year warranty except the printhead,if any parts damaged,we will send you new one free of charge.We will offer you lifetime technical support and 24 hours online service.and the details operation manual and needed videos will be sent you together with the machine.

3.What should I do if I found the defective products?
A.For the small quantity defective products,please take the picture or the vedio show
to us the defective parts.If we found this is indeed our product quality problem.We will
send the new products to you.For the big quantity ,please return those goods back to
us and let's check it.We will produce the new products again and send it to you.

4.Do you inspect the finished products?
A.Yes,each step of production products will be camed out inspection by QC department before shipping.

5.What about the delivery time?
